Corissa Furr was born in Frederick, MD...just two days before Christmas. She was raised in an extremely small town in Maryland called Keedysville. Growing up in such a rural place, she became quite the tomboy...spending her “play” time catching snakes and bugs and playing with her Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as opposed to Barbies or dolls.

Once Corissa decided to start modeling, her life was on a fast track from there! She got a portfolio together and started working local promotional events in and around the DC area. When a show called Hot Import Nights came to town, she worked a booth for Performance Auto and Sound Magazine...and then decided to enter the Miss HIN DC Model Search Contest. And she WON! “I still consider winning the title of Miss HIN DC as one of the biggest turning points in my modeling career. Being on tour for that year with Hot Import Nights really opened a lot of doors for me in the industry.” Corissa toured as an official Hot Import Nights model for all of 2007, during which she was chosen as an official host for HIN TV and interviewed celebs and performers like Sean Kingston, Huey, Tera Patrick, Brick&Lace and more.

Corissa has also landed an incredible amount of magazine covers in such a short period of time...those of which include: Import Tuner, Super Street (twice), D SPORT Magazine (twice), Performance Auto and Sound, and also Torque Magazine which is based in South Africa. Other published work has been seen in FHM Magazine, Ultimate Grappling, MMA Sports, Lowrider Girls, The Source Magazine, Krown magazine, and more...

Currently, Corissa is still keeping busy gracing those magazine covers and being on the road all over the country! She’s going all over with this year’s Nationwide tour with NOS Energy Drink, representing as their official spokesmodel for the second year in a row! She is also the official host for DSPORT Magazine’s Full Length DVD Specials (included when you buy specially marked DSPORT Magazine).
